<description>At least it is good to see in today&#039;s (10 Sep 08) that the Govt of India is thinking of going even beyond the RTI Act provisions, by making more self-disclosures. We think of the Nuclear Deal draft agreement that was put on the web. And, two days ago, the Govt of West Bengal put its &#039;secret&#039; contract with the Tatas on Singur land on the web. I call it &#039;secret&#039; because apparently the details sought under RTI Act were once rejected by the government in the past.</description>

<description>Totally agree. There are problems with implementation, but for the people who use this tool and find it working, it is a great tool that gets them information from the red tape organization</description>
