Also the government needs to put a cap on the number of "nursing homes. clinics and hospitals" operating in any given area- there needs to be a fair distribution of medical facilities across the nation to offer medical services to all its citizens. I have seen the total disaster that managed health care is , here in America. It is plain business and no care.
